Linear Habits — Publishing

The patternis notthe decision.

Notice what repeats. Create space before you respond. Choose what happens next.

01The Problem

Some responses arrive before the decision does.

You have answered before you decided to answer. Agreed before you chose to agree. Repeated a reaction so many times it stopped feeling like a reaction and started feeling like you.

Familiarity is persuasive. A pattern repeated often enough begins to impersonate identity. Linear Habits exists to interrupt that impersonation.

What changes when you pause?

04The Library

Two books.
One mechanism.

Inner dialogue. Automatic agreement. The two places a pattern hides most effectively.
