A publisher of the pause.
Linear Habits is a publishing brand, not a person. The work speaks for the brand; the brand stays out of the way of the work.
What Linear Habits is
A psychological self-awareness publishing brand. Linear Habits publishes reflective books about repeated thoughts, automatic reactions, behavioral patterns, boundaries, people-pleasing and inner dialogue — and about the space where a pattern becomes a choice.
Why it exists
Because most automatic responses were never examined, only repeated. Familiarity is persuasive: a reaction rehearsed often enough begins to feel like identity. Linear Habits exists to slow that moment down — in print, at a pace that respects it.
The philosophy
A pattern can repeat without being a decision. Awareness first: notice what is happening. Recognition: identify the pattern beneath the reaction. Interruption: create space between impulse and response. Choice: decide what happens next. Not elimination — examination.
What Linear Habits is not
Not a productivity system. Not habit tracking, optimization, motivation or discipline. Not therapy, and not a replacement for professional mental-health care. Not a promise of transformation. Linear Habits offers something quieter: the means to notice what repeats before assuming it is who you are.

A quieter way to notice what repeats.
Occasional reflections on patterns, reactions, boundaries and conscious choice. Nothing more frequent than it needs to be.
